Which means the user who works with the software cannot complete the work on their project, which means the client will be dissatisfied. The issue is still not resolved and the license may expire before Autodesk can confirm how they want to be paid for the software. In the most recent reply the sales agent said to ''assume its the invoice pdf''. 6 weeks and 50 odd emails later neither of the two sales agents can confirm which payment information to use.
